Making multi tooth cutters - Part 3

Hey guys, here is part 3. This video will show how I achieve the radial flank angles using the sine bar attachment I made for the lathe. It is a highly accurate way of setting the form tool to the proper angle for the radial flank of a cycloidal tooth form for making clock wheel cutters and clock pinion cutters. Remember that the sine bar attachment can be made to fit your lathe. It is a fun project and I learned a lot while making it. I also think the attachment could have many other uses.
