german mainsprings

Postby bacgoff57 » Tue Dec 28, 2010 3:08 pm

Hi
I have a German clock with a set mainspring. Were is a good place to buy a mainspring? The size is 19.05mm wide,.53mmthk by 64.25in long or .750X.021x64.250in.
The spring has Schwcd not sure about the last two letters real faint HK under the other name. Any help would be helpful.
Thanks Ben

Hello Ben,
I think Time Savers should be able to help you if you give them those dimensions.

Happy New Year

Thanks John
I'm looking into several sites to make me one. I'm not confident enough yet to cut a longer spring down and put the wedge shaped hole in it .
Thanks a Lot Ben
