New Haven Wall Clock Pendulum

Postby LarrySnyder » Wed Dec 23, 2020 2:55 pm

I have just acquired a New Haven "Tampa" wall clock. I have the pendulum, but the connector at the end of the pendulum, where the pendulum hooks into the clock, is missing. Could someone send me a photo of the correct connection or send me information as to where I could purchase one? That missing piece appears to be the only thing missing, and I have not been able to find a photo of the original. Thank you for your time.

Happy Holidays Larry!
I don’t have a picture but checked the clock online.
It looks like it uses a standard wood pendulum hook. I would contact a supplier like timesavers of Merritt’s if you’re in the U.S. or Cousins the U.K. and give them the width of the rod and maybe send them an image of the
attachment point on the movement. They can probably get you going with that information.
I’ll be interested in knowing how it works out for you.
All the best to you and yours Larry!
