Ti-Chron Wall Clock

I have a Ti-Chron battery operated wall clock that is very special to my wife and I. Can the movement (believed to be a Harris & Mallow movement) be rebuilt? After 44 years, it is running about an hour fast each day. I really don't want to replace it, but I'm not sure it can be rebuilt. Can someone help me?
