Stem for 0 size Waltham PW

Hey everyone.
Is there a way to find out which stem (part number ? ) that fits an 0-size case for a Waltham I have ?

I'm thinking that it's predicated on the case ?
The case is a Keystone hunting style.

I just picked up a non working watch, same size and case manufacturer..I should be good to go now !
