Pocket watch spring winder - all present and acounted for?

Does this look like a complete winder to you? Are all the parts to successfully wind a spring visible?

Hi Johnno,
It's possible that it also came with another hook/hooks and/or arbor/arbors to fit different sized springs. Depends on who made it I suppose. It should work the way it sits though.
