General Repair of Chime works

Postby Mikebob62 » Wed Mar 22, 2017 9:39 am

Hi Bob, and all. I have been off line for about a year, and getting back into clock repair. When I left, I thought I heard that you were developing a new course for chime train troubleshooting and repair. Did that ever happen? Can you point me in the direction for a good general chime repair guide? Thanks as always. Mike

Hi Mike and thanks for asking.
Yes William and I made a Hermle Chime Clock course which is available at http://LearnTimeOnline.com
You can read about the subject content there to see if it is what you're looking for.
Take care for now,
Bob

Oh I forgot to mention, there's a good book by Steven Conover 'Chime Clock Repair'. Take a look here: https://www.amazon.com/Chime-Clock-Repa ... 0962476668

Thanks Bob. I stumbled across your site yesterday, but didn't sign up yet. I ordered the Conover book just now. I'll take a look at that first, then look at signing up for your course.
