Unimat or Myford

Chaps,
After an 18 month layoff from “clocking” due to moving house, loosing job and other life related things I’m just starting to dust my tools off.
I currently have a Unimat III lathe, with a set of ER collets. A Myford 7 has come up for sale locally, I was always led to believe they are a “better" machine for clock work than the Unimat?
If I pick up the Myford, I’ll have to sell the Unimat. So I can't have my cake and eat it!
I wondered if anyone had any opinions Unimat or Myford 7?
All the best,
Angus
